Date: September 24, 2019

The time-honored Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the grandest festivals in Chinese culture. It is an occasion to be thankful for the bounty of the year’s harvest.  People usually gather to admire the moonlight, make wishes, and enjoy many festivities.

In order to respect this tradition, Confucius Institute in Quebec with Huaxing Artistic Troupe of Montreal and Sept Days Media will host “Wulin Hanyun” Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration to present a cultural feast for the eyes.

Supported by Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), a breathtaking performance of Chinese Kung Fu masters will ignite this spectacular celebration with their powerful styles and combat as part of their tour in Canada. Shaolin Kong Fu is one of the oldest, largest, and most famous styles of Chinese martial arts.  This illustration of the essence of Chinese culture will surely amaze you.
